New Interfaces

Now that I have some pretty solid python code for talking to the serial port I can proceed with communications with the Mini SSC (servo controller), RackRabbit processor boards, X-10 devices and whatever else I can think of.
This makes another milestone in the devel cycle for things around here. We'll see how much gets done before Christmas.
